Skale your ads to $100K+ a day
Three operators who have actually done it. One live call a week. And every week the entire room stops and works on one member’s business until it’s fixed. Sign up today and you get in line. Sign up in November and you get in a longer line.
$5,000/mo. If that number made you flinch, we just saved us both a call.

That number isn’t a flex, it’s a control group. The account structures, the creative frameworks, the offer math — all of it came out of spending real money to find out what actually works, and most of it is still running today. You’re not buying theory. You’re buying the thing that produced the number.

The hot seat
One business a week. All the way down.
Most masterminds give you eleven minutes and a “great question.” This isn’t that.
Every week, one member goes live. Not a highlight reel — the account. Campaigns, creative, offer, landing page, AOV, margin, retention, 3PL, processor, cash conversion cycle. Three mentors and the whole room work on that one business until the call ends.
Nothing is off the table. If it’s what’s actually capping your growth, that’s where we go — even if it turns out the problem was never the ads.
-
01
We open everything
Ad account, creative, offer, funnel, pricing, margin, retention, ops. Bring the ugly numbers. Those are the useful ones.
-
02
Three operators, one problem
Not three opinions in a row. Nick, Jason, and Jordan argue it out in front of you until there’s a plan you can ship Monday.
-
03
The room works too
Every other member is an operator at your altitude or above. That’s a dozen more people who have already solved the thing that’s killing you.
The queue rule
The line is the line.
Your spot is set the day you join. Not by revenue. Not by who you know. Not by who’s loudest on the call. The person who joined before you goes before you, and the person who joins after you goes after.
So there are exactly two ways to move up: join sooner, or wait for the people ahead of you to leave. We don’t recommend the second one.
Your position locks the day you join
Read this part twice
This is going to be a no for most people
We keep the room small on purpose, and the wrong member costs everyone a week of hot seats. So here are both lists. Be honest about which one you’re on — the right answer saves us both a call.
Skale is for you
If this reads like your week
-
You’re already spending
Five figures a month on ads minimum, and you know roughly where it’s leaking.
-
You’ve got a real product
Live, selling, shipping. Revenue you could show us today without a story attached.
-
You want the notes, not the applause
On the campaigns and creative you’re running right now, not the ones in your deck.
-
You ship inside the week
You hear it Tuesday, it’s live Thursday. That’s the whole reason this works.
-
You want the room as much as the mentors
Partnerships, vendor intros, and deals happen live between people at your level.
-
You can survive being wrong out loud
In front of a dozen operators. Publicly. On a recording.
Skale is not for you
No hard feelings. Some of these are just “not yet.”
-
$5,000 a month is a real decision
If it is, your business isn’t ready to spend $100K a day. That’s not an insult, it’s arithmetic. Come back when it’s a rounding error.
-
You want to “pick our brains”
Brains get picked on podcasts. Those are free. This is the other thing.
-
You’re pre-revenue
No product, no sales, no spend. Go get the first hundred customers. We’ll still be here, and you’ll get ten times more out of the room.
-
You collect and don’t ship
Forty open tabs of tutorials will not run your ads for you. Neither will we.
-
You need it said gently
The notes in this room hit harder than your last board meeting. On purpose.
-
This is your side thing
$100K-a-day accounts don’t get built on weekend energy.
Still on the left-hand list?

It starts with the three of us alone in a room with your account
Before you ever meet the group, you get a private teardown. After that, the work happens live every week — with the blueprints and the network behind it.
Day one · 1-on-1
60min
A private teardown before you meet anyone
All three mentors, you, and your numbers. No group, no audience, no performance. They go through the ad account, the offers, the margins, and the funnel, and you leave with a 90-day scaling plan written for your business specifically. Nothing said in that room leaves it. Some of what gets said in it stings.
Every week · live
Weekly
All three mentors. Every week. Not a rotation.
Not Nick this month and Jason next quarter. All three, every call, arguing in real time about what you should do. You bring campaigns and numbers, you leave with a decision, and the next call opens with what happened when you shipped it.
The blueprints
The actual account structures, creative testing frameworks, and scaling checklists behind their own $100K-a-day accounts. Written down, yours to run, and yours to keep even if you leave.
Network introductions
Warm intros to the vendors, agencies, and operators the mentors already use — at their rates, not yours. A single 3PL or processor intro has paid for a year of membership more than once.
The room between calls
A private channel with the other members for teardowns, wins, and 11pm “is this normal?” questions while the week is still live.
A path to the fund
Execute in the room and you can pitch the mentors’ fund for real capital, with hands-on backing if they invest. More on that below.
Meet your mentors
Three people who’ve already spent the money you’re about to spend
Every one of them has burned through more ad budget in a bad month than most agencies manage in a good year. That’s the qualification. Not a course, not a keynote — a P&L.

“Jordan’s track record is elite, so I came in with high expectations. He exceeded them within five minutes.”

“Nick was very open and clear about his tactics for creative strategy and paid media. I walked away with useful tips, tools, and tactics.”
“Clarity is so rare in business. Really understanding what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to be done. Worth 100x what was paid.”
“Could not be happier with the call. Provided an incredible amount of value in such a short time. Just a super cool dude, amazing listener.”
“It was great talking with Jordan. He is a super insightful, selfless individual and you can feel that he just wants you to win.”

The full stack
Nobody’s business dies from a bad hook
It dies from a 3PL that can’t ship in week three of your best month. A processor that freezes when volume goes 4x. A checkout quietly eating eleven percent. A supplier who ghosts in Q4.
Ads get all the attention because ads are the fun part. The quiet stuff is what actually caps you at $30K a day — and when that’s the real problem, the hot seat goes there instead. The network behind every one of these is already ours.

Shark tank meets mastermind
Prove it and we’ll fund it
Mentorship is the front door, not the whole house. Execute inside the room, put up numbers we can watch happen in real time, and you can pitch our fund. If we like it, you get everything below. If we don’t, you get a straight no and the actual reasons — which is more than most funds will give you after four meetings.
- Capital investment
- We put our money where our mouth is. Operators who prove they can scale get direct investment from the fund.
- Network access
- Preferred rates and warm intros across every vendor, partner, and operator we already work with.
- Hands-on support
- We get in the account. Media buying, creative, ops, alongside your team — not on a Loom.
- Portfolio leverage
- Cross-promotions and group buying power across the whole portfolio of brands.
You can’t pitch a room you’re not in. Join, prove you can execute, then pitch.

The honest math
At $5,000 a month you’re paying about $1,150 a week for one hour, which is an insane hourly rate for a conversation and a completely reasonable one for a decision.
If you’re spending $50K a month on ads, a 10% efficiency gain pays for this twice. If you’re spending $300K a month, we don’t need to finish this sentence.
If you’re spending $8K a month, you’re right — it’s too expensive. Go get to $50K and come back.
The guarantee
30 days or your first hot seat. Then decide. We’ll make it easy either way.
Take the private teardown. Sit through the calls. Download the blueprints. Use the intros. The guarantee runs 30 days or until your first hot seat, whichever is later — and if by then you decide this isn’t worth what you paid, tell us and we’ll refund every dollar.
No exit interview. No “let me see what I can do.” No retention offer designed to wear you down. One message and it’s handled.
- Keep the blueprints
- We’re not clawing back a PDF. If you took what you needed and left, that’s a fine outcome for you and a cheap lesson for us.
- Month to month after that
- No annual contract, no minimum term, no cancellation gauntlet. Cancel whenever you want.
- We’d rather refund you than carry you
- A member who is half in costs the room a hot seat. We’d genuinely prefer the refund.
The only thing the guarantee doesn’t cover is the result. Nobody can promise you a $100K day — anyone who does is selling you something worse than this. We guarantee the room, the access, and the money back. Executing is your half of the deal.
Objections, handled
The questions you were going to email us anyway
- Can’t I just book one of you for a 1-on-1?
- Yes. Nick and Jordan both take paid calls, and you’ll get a good hour and a full notepad. What you won’t get is three of us, every week, for a year, plus a room of operators who remember what you said last month and will ask why you haven’t shipped it.
- Is $5,000 a month really worth one call a week?
- If you’re pricing this by the hour, no. Absolutely not. Go buy hours somewhere cheaper. If you’re pricing it against one restructured account, one working creative angle, or one vendor intro at your spend level, you already did the math and you know the answer.
- I’m at $40K a month in spend, not $400K. Am I too small?
- Probably not. The floor is real product, real revenue, real ad spend, and the willingness to move fast. The playbook is the same shape at every altitude — the zeros just move.
- How long until my hot seat comes up?
- Depends entirely on how many people joined before you. That’s the honest answer, and it does not improve while you think about it.
- Can I bring my media buyer, CMO, or agency?
- Bring whoever actually touches the account. One seat, one business — we’re not trying to count heads, we’re trying to talk to the person who can change something before Friday.
- Do you take equity?
- Not for membership. If we invest through the fund, equity is the conversation then — and you’ll pitch for it like everyone else.
- What if I hate it?
- Tell us inside 30 days — or before your first hot seat, if the line is longer than that — and we send the money back. We’re aware this is the least interesting question on the page, and we’ve now answered it twice on purpose.
- Is this recorded?
- Yes, and members get the replays. Which means your hot seat lives on a server somewhere forever. Consider that a feature — it’s the same reason people perform better in the room.
Three operators. One hour a week. A line that only gets longer.
You can join the line today, join it in three months when it’s longer, or keep reading landing pages. All three are legitimate choices. Only one of them ends with somebody opening your ad account.
